Membership Update - 5th June 2020
- All Members who are now back playing must be Members of Carrigaline Tennis Club. So, if you haven't already can you please complete your Membership Renewal. As per previous emails, Membership is to the period 31st October 2020. If you want to play but have concerns over payment please contact Antoinette or email her - membership@carrigalinetennisclub.com
- The Club has to ensure that it has the up to date contact details for all Members should contact tracing be required. Would members please ensure that their contact information, email address and phone number, are up to date on their Easypayments account. For those of you who have not allowed contact by text or email, can you please choose at least one option for the Club to contact you

A Note from the Membership Coordinator - Renewal of Membership 2020
As a result of the hard work of the Covid 19 committee we are now ready to open the gates and get back playing at long last.
If you are back playing can you please renew your membership which is now due on the Easypayments system. The link is below just hit the JOIN HERE button at the bottom on of the page. The membership is currently for 6 Months to 31October 2020, the second subscription period will run to 31 March 2021
Any existing member who chooses to defer joining till they are back playing will not be charged a re-joining fee and will pay membership for the remaining period to 31 October.
Also, any existing member who wants to get back playing but is concerned about the payment options, please do not hesitate to contact me to set up a suitable payment plan.
Finally for all of you back playing, please ensure you familiarise yourself with the guidelines issued by the clubs Covid 19 Committee before you leave home to play.
Look forward to seeing you all back playing, even if it's at a distance.

A Note from the Membership Coordinator - Club Membership 2020/2021 - 29th April 2020Due to a number of enquiries from Members who wish to renew their Membership, even though the Courts are not accessible, the Committee has decided to offer a six month membership. This will run from 1st May 2020 to 31st October 2020. Should the Courts not reopen till June, then the six months will be effective from 1 June. The balance of the year will run in a second subscription period ending 31 March 2021.
Any existing Member who would prefer to re-join when the courts are actually open will not be charged a rejoining fee and will pay Membership for the remaining period.
The Committee acknowledges that this is a difficult time for all and we want to make sure we all get back playing once the Courts are open. Any existing Member who may have concerns regarding the payment of the Membership please contact Antoinette to arrange a suitable payment plan.

Easy Payments Plus
At last years Annual General Meeting, the Club Treasurer mentioned that the Club was planning to introduce an Electronic Payment System.
As the club has grown the security risk around having cash in the club has increased.
Since April of this year, the Junior Section has been trialling the new electronic system to pay for Membership and Coaching.Adult Members can now pay for Social Events. Club Gear and Fobs can be purchased and Membership can be renewed.
